Caroline Lacasse joins AIA Canada as director of CCIF

March 7, 2019

After a nation-wide search where high levels of interest were expressed throughout the industry, the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Lacasse as director, Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF).

Caroline has been involved in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, with a special focus on training and organizational development. During her career, she has worked as a collision repair technician and teacher, an I-CAR instructor, university lecturer, and as a training coordinator for CSMO-Auto in Quebec. She is currently the chairperson of the Quebec I-CAR Committee.

Caroline holds diplomas in collision repair and electronics, a certificate in adult learning from the University of Sherbrooke, and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Montreal.

“I’m very happy to join a team that has been recognized over the years for its positive impact on the collision repair industry across the country,” said Caroline. “I look forward to continuing to apply my knowledge, experience and skills towards making a significant contribution to the growth and sustainability of the industry.”
