The course consists of putting an interesting perspective on this question of leadership as it affects every single business in the industry.
During the course we will examine the basic competences leaders must have to excel in their positions.
- • We will look at the behaviours that are necessary to display and are essential to success.
- • We will investigate communications from a leadership perspective and have tips on improving those skills that you can use back in your business the very same day.
- • We will have a question and answer session so you can submit your thoughts throughout the session as well as opportunity to network in the lounge post-session and have more conversation about this critical part of the success of any company.

About Jay Perry
Jay has been involved in the Canadian collision industry since his early 20’s and running a multi-million dollar collision repair facility in Toronto. Since 1990 he’s worked with industry leading shops in Canada & the U.S. helping the good go to great.
Jay wrote the Leadership Development Course that helps a client improve the leadership within their organizations. His clients have from 10 to 100’s of employees.
Jay is a certified Birkman® consultant and constantly upgrades courses to be the greatest help to his clients. Jay is a regular columnist to the collision industry writing on leadership development.
In addition to his corporate advisory he has volunteered countless hours to his community and not-for-profits serving on boards of directors and advisory councils such as: NABC, State Farm Collision Advisory Board and the CCIF Steering Committee.
He co-authored, with Brian Tracy, a best-seller entitled Success Manifesto.
