This registration includes Thursday’s Reception, hors d’oeuvres and food stations as well as Friday’s CCIF meeting, breakfast & lunch. Name badges will be available onsite at the Registration desk as of 6:30 PM on Thursday September 27th and 6:30 AM on Friday September 28th. Early bird registration fee of $109 in effect until Sunday, September 16th. The registration fee as of September 17th is $119. Pre-registration is required. Please note that there are no refunds after September 16th.
